We are based in Canada, but ship our products all over the world. Please allow 2 -3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control. We will keep informed if changes occur within our supply chain, due to peak periods, or as a result of COVID-19.

Revital Teas offer international shipping via Canada Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout; they range by weight and destination country so simulating your order is the best way to get a quote. Free shipping promotions or coupons may be available for Canada and the US only. Promotions and discount coupons do not apply for countries outside the aforementioned Regions.
Please note that international shipping usually has broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) depending on the destination.
Customs for International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Revital Teas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied is your responsibility as the customer.
You, the customer, are responsible for all requirements, taxes, and duties imposed by your country of residence.
Kombucha Brewing Kits come with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Yeast and Bacteria) and cultured tea, also known as starter liquid, which contains the bacteria and yeast (cultures) required to produce Kombucha tea or Kombucha beverages. As a customer, it is your responsibility to check with local customs if you are allowed to import cultures and cultured teas to your country.
Revital Teas is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Revital Teas to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Please see our return, changes, and cancellations policies.
Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.
If the products are returned to Revital Teas, you should contact us immediately to arrange to reship as orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.
Should Revital Teas mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.
As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Revital Teas is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
If the shipping address is not found by Canada Post at fulfillment you will contact you via email. If the products can’t be shipped Revital Teas will proceed with a refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International shipping will include a tracking number until they reach their destination. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t received it, please contact your local mail office.
If you haven’t received your order within the time specified when received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
